人参为我国传统名贵中药,具有滋补强壮作用,能大补元气,有宁神益智、健脾、益气、生津等功效,广泛应用于临床。据研究人参含有皂甙、各种氨基酸、维生素、黄酮、糖香味等13种以上成分,皂甙被认为是人参生物活性的主要物质基础。鉴于目前市售的人参药材有生晒参、红参、高丽参和西洋参,其间价格悬殊很大。为探明其内在质量究竟有何差别,我们对这4种人参进行了药理研究,着重探讨其壮体、保健方面的作用。
Ginseng is a traditional Chinese precious medicine that has nourishing and strengthening effect, can make up vitality, and has the effects of diligently nurturing, strengthening spleen, invigorating Qi, and producing Tianjin. It is widely used in clinical practice. According to the study of ginseng contains more than 13 kinds of ingredients such as saponins, various amino acids, vitamins, flavonoids, sugar and flavor, saponins are considered to be the main material basis of ginseng biological activity. In view of the current market of ginseng medicinal raw materials such as raw ginseng, red ginseng, Korean ginseng and American ginseng, the prices are very different. In order to find out what the difference in intrinsic quality is, we conducted pharmacological studies on these 4 kinds of ginseng, focusing on the role of its strong body and health care.
