活体研究表明,松弛素不但能抑制子宫肌肉的收缩,而且可能对下丘脑和神经垂体起作用。给麻醉哺乳大鼠静注松弛素,可抑制射乳;如注入脑室则扰乱射乳反射的模式。离体实验已检验了上述假说。对雄性 Wistar 大鼠,从垂体制备出神经叶,再分离出激素分泌神经的神经末梢,进行下列实验:(1)松弛素对静息条件下和 K~+诱导的加压素和催产素释放的剂量-效应曲线的影响。作者报告了松弛素的作用是双相的。
