例1:女,63岁,因高热、尿频、尿急、尿痛于1994年5月12日收治入院。中段尿培养出聚团肠杆菌。药敏试验提示对呋喃妥因、新霉素、痢特灵、万古霉素敏感,对青、链、红霉素耐药。共治疗7天,病愈出院。 例2:女,61岁,因尿频、尿急、尿灼热痛于1995年3月2日就诊。中段尿培养出聚团肠杆菌。药敏试验提示对痢特灵、呋喃妥因、丁胺卡那霉素敏感,对先锋霉素中敏,对庆大霉素、妥布霉素、磺胺药耐药。经对症治疗后痊愈。
Example 1: Female, 63 years old, admitted to hospital on May 12, 1994 due to fever, frequent urination, urgency and dysuria. The middle urine culture of Enterobacter agglomerans. Susceptibility test prompted nitrofurantoin, neomycin, furazolidone, vancomycin-sensitive, green, chain, erythromycin resistance. A total of 7 days treatment, discharged from hospital. Example 2: Female, 61 years old, due to frequent urination, urgency, urinary burning pain on March 2, 1995 treatment. The middle urine culture of Enterobacter agglomerans. Susceptibility tests suggest that the furazolidone, nitrofurantoin, amikacin sensitivity, sensitive to cephalosporins, gentamicin, tobramycin, sulfa drug resistance. After symptomatic treatment recovered.
