在教育人事部门设定的学校管理序列中,一般没有年级组这个机构,学校管理系统中的三个主要子系统的工作(学生的思想教育和常规管理、教育管理、后勤服务)分别由政教处、教务处和总务处来组织完成,但最终这三方面都会落实到班级的教师和学生。同一年级学生的生理和心理特征、德育目标、教学目标、活动安排以及学习活动基本都是在同一层次上,班主任要把所有的揉合在一起是不可能的。学校为了提高管理效益而设立年级组。那么如何抓好年级组管理工作呢?
