随着新课程改革浪潮逐渐掀起,关于初中历史老师专业素养的命题又一次作为重点登上教育的舞台。目前,教师专业素养存在较大问题,本文从初中历史老师专业素养缺失的表现——对史实、史观的把握不到位,教条主义盛行和课堂应对能力不足三方面——入手,提出阅读群书、勇于实践、学会反思等三条提升专业素养的措施。
With the wave of new curriculum reform gradually set off, the proposition on the professional qualifications of junior high school history teachers once again takes the stage as the focus of education. At present, there is a big problem in the professionalism of teachers. Beginning with the performance of junior high school history teachers’professional accomplishments - the lack of grasp of historical facts and historical values, the prevalence of dogmatism and the lack of coping skills in the classroom - , Courage to practice, learn to reflect three measures to enhance professionalism.
