作者报告合成的丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂 FUT-175(nafamostat mesilate)对实验性脑血管痉挛有预防作用,本文报告 FUT-175对 SAH 后脑血管痉挛的治疗作用。45例病人中,1990年2月以前收治的22例应用相同的术前术后处理,但不应用 FUT-115作为对照组。1990年2月以后收治的23例病人随机分为3组:A 组9例,静脉注射 FUT-175 20mg/12h,共4天,B 组9例,20mg/6h 共4天;C 组5例,40mg/6h 共4
The authors report that the synthetic serine protease inhibitor FUT-175 (nafamostat mesilate) can prevent experimental cerebral vasospasm. This paper reports the therapeutic effect of FUT-175 on cerebral vasospasm after SAH. Among the 45 patients, the same preoperative and postoperative treatments were applied in 22 of the 22 patients treated before February 1990, but FUT-115 should not be used as a control.
