企业改革经过多年的探索和进步,如今已进入到制度创新的攻坚阶段。如何盘活国有资产存量,合理配置资源,提高企业效益,是长期困扰国有企业的难题。而托管则是有效地解决这一难题、实现企业制度创新的一种深具潜力的有益探索。本文试就托管的特征、经济功能以及在实施托管战略中应注意的几个问题作一些粗浅的探讨。
After many years of exploration and progress, the enterprise reform has now entered the critical stage of institutional innovation. How to revitalize the stock of state-owned assets, rationally allocate resources, and improve the efficiency of enterprises are problems that have long puzzled state-owned enterprises. The custody is a kind of potential and beneficial exploration that effectively solves this problem and realizes enterprise system innovation. This article tries to make some scrutiny on the characteristics of hosting, economic functions, and several issues that should be noted in the implementation of hosting strategies.
