以CS2、芳胺和CdC l2为原料,采用液相原位沉淀法,50℃下,在水-三乙醇胺〔V(水)∶V(三乙醇胺)=1∶1〕溶剂中合成了苯环带4-(氢、甲基、甲氧基、氯、羧基)及3-硝基等的N,N′-二芳基硫脲(DATU)/CdS有机-无机复合材料,通过SEM、TEM、XRD、FTIR、TG、UV-vis、PL等对产物形貌、结构和光学性能进行了表征。结果表明,DATU/CdS复合材料可以形成表面粗糙、分散均匀的纳米球,且含吸电子基的芳基硫脲能够有效阻止CdS粒子的聚集,提高粒子的分散性及使硫化镉的紫外吸收更大蓝移。DATU与硫化镉间存在较强的相互作用,该作用可以提高DATU在复合材料中的热稳定性,并明显增强硫化镉粒子529 nm处的PL发射峰。
Using CS2, aryl amine and CdCl 2 as raw materials, a benzene ring was synthesized by liquid phase in situ precipitation at 50 ℃ in water-triethanolamine [V (water): V N, N’-diaryl thiourea (DATU) / CdS organic-inorganic composite with 4- (hydrogen, methyl, methoxy, XRD, FTIR, TG, UV-vis and PL were used to characterize the morphology, structure and optical properties of the product. The results show that DATU / CdS composites can form rough, uniformly dispersed nanospheres, and arylthioureas containing electron-withdrawing groups can effectively prevent the aggregation of CdS particles, improve the dispersibility of the particles and make the UV absorption of CdS more Big blue shift. There is a strong interaction between DATU and CdS, which can improve the thermal stability of DATU in the composites and significantly increase the PL emission peak at 529 nm of CdS particles.
