去年春夏之交我国发生的政治风波,以血的教训提醒全党,提高抵御政治风浪的能力,必须认真学习马克思主义基本理论.在平息北京的反革命暴乱后,党中央领导特别强调,全党同志,尤其是高、中级领导干部,要学好马克思主义哲学.我们要从历史和现实的结合、理论和实践的结合上,深刻领会党中央这一指示的英明正确和高瞻远瞩,真正认识到认真地学习和掌握马克思主义理论是加强党的领导和党的建设,提高干部队伍素质,保证圆满完成党中央提出的各项任务的最根本的措施.
