本文分析了目前顶岗实习中存在的问题,阐述了顶岗实习的目的、针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策,一是发挥行业优势和地理优势,严格筛选学生顶岗实习基地;二是建立顶岗实习回访制度;三是采用“过程+结果、企业指导教师+校内指导教师”的综合考核评价体系;四是建立信息管理平台,实现校企互动管理,实时掌控顶岗实习效果,对顶岗实习的质量控制做了实践探索。
