近年来,在“学历证书与职业资格证书”教育进入了全面实施阶段的大背景下,我院围绕如何实现地勘类专业“学历证书与职业资格证书”对接教育顺利实施,进行了有效的探索并积累了成功的经验。在对接实践中,已初步实现职业资格证书内容与相关的专业课程相融通,专业课程体系中与国家职业标准规定的一个或几个有相关职业(岗位)的能力直接对接。同时,在地勘类专业建设方面通过“走出去、请进来”等方式与企事业单位深度合作,修订人才培养方案,创新人才培养模式,建立了“科教结合、五方对接”可持续发展的新型人才培养模式,进一步推进双证课程开发,实验实训基地拓展,双师型教师队伍建设,学历教育与职业资格认证对接取得显著成效。课题组结合本课题研究实际,提出了学历教育与职业资格认证对接尚存在的一些问题,明确了从强化校企合作、加大教学方式改革力度、优化教学管理制度环境、系统进行实验实训条件建设等方面进行改进的方向和措施。

Based on the research actuality, the research group has put forward some problems that exist in the connection between academic qualification education and professional qualification certification. It clarifies that from strengthening the cooperation between university and enterprises, increasing the reform of teaching methods, optimizing the environment of teaching management system, systematically carrying out experimental training conditions Construction and other areas to improve the direction and measures.
