[目的]了解江西省社区卫生服务人员的职业紧张应对资源现状及其影响因素,为提出控制其应对资源的具体措施提供依据。[方法]采用整群抽样的方法,随机抽取了江西省87个社区卫生服务机构,484名社区卫生服务人员,采用职业紧张量表(OSI-R),对其应对资源进行了调查分析。[结果]社区卫生服务人员的应对资源总平均分为136.20±18.10。其娱乐休闲、自我保健、社会支持、理性处事得分分别为29.53±4.81、32.76±5.64、38.05±6.96、35.85±6.09,各项得分与常模相比,均在正常范围之内。自我保健、社会支持、理性处事得分在性别、年龄、工种、婚姻状况、学历上均没有统计学差异(P﹥0.05)。[结论]江西省社区卫生服务人员能比较好的利用应对资源来缓解职业紧张,应对资源比较丰富,应对能力较强,能较好地促进身心健康。
[Objective] To understand the status quo and influencing factors of occupational stress in community health workers in Jiangxi Province and provide the basis for putting forward specific measures to control their resources. [Methods] Using cluster sampling method, 87 community health service agencies and 484 community health service personnel in Jiangxi Province were randomly selected. Occupational stress questionnaires (OSI-R) were used to investigate and analyze their coping resources. [Results] The total average response resources of community health workers were 136.20 ± 18.10. The scores of entertainment, self-care, social support and rational service were 29.53 ± 4.81,32.76 ± 5.64,38.05 ± 6.96 and 35.85 ± 6.09, respectively. All the scores were within the normal range compared with the norm. Self-care, social support, rational service scores in gender, age, job type, marital status, academic records were not statistically significant (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] The community health service personnel in Jiangxi Province can make good use of coping resources to relieve the occupational stress, deal with more abundant resources and stronger coping skills, and can better promote their physical and mental health.
