目前我国煤炭行业中的许多煤矿输送系统自动化程度不高,为了加强该系统的综合自动化系统的建设,结合某煤矿的开发实例,分析了该系统的功能特点,提出了一套以PLC为控制中心,应用触摸屏及变频器的煤矿输送自动控制系统,实现了煤矿输送系统的中央自动控制、机上自动控制、及人工控制3种控制方式,并给出了系统的硬件系统设计及软件程序设计方案。
At present, many coal transportation systems in China’s coal industry are not highly automated. In order to strengthen the construction of an integrated automation system for the system and to analyze the functional characteristics of a coal mine, a set of PLC-based control center , A coal conveyor automatic control system with a touch screen and a frequency converter to realize three kinds of control modes of central automatic control, on-board automatic control and manual control of the coal conveying system. The system hardware system design and software program design are also given.
