产后访视工作,过去由于受种种条件的限制,开展访视存在很大的困难。产后访视次数都达不到《全国农村孕产妇保健质量标准》的要求,产后访视的质量也不高。1986年荣县成佳区卫生院锐意改革,大胆探索加强产后访视工作的新途径。全区试行了在收取接生费的同时,预收产后访视费。荣县卫生局及时总结了成佳区的经验,并从制度上加以完善,以文件的形式在全县推广。加强产后访视工作的具体做法: 一、预收产后访视费本着谁受益、谁出钱的原则,接生单位在收取接生费的同时,预收产后访视费1.00元(包括工本费0.10元,3次随访费0.90元)。预收的产后访视费列入暂存款,以备访视者结算。
