从不同部门和岗位抽调工作人员完成正常组织之外的任务,这种团队与正常的组织结构并存,被称作并行型团队.并行团队是跨部门人员组成的非正式组织单元.学者Balldn和M0nternayor的研究就指出,来自不同部门组成的并行团队一般从事的是兼职的任务,并且团队的存在期间有限,因此这种团队往往具有低度的自治性.并行团队往往是跨职能团队,是一个较为复杂的系统,由相互依存的众多要素组成,在需要多部门协调的情况下组建,例如质量提高团队,员工参与团队等等.
