人际间的交流是通过两种形式进行的,一者为语言交际,二者为非语言交际.而后者是交际中不可缺少的重要组成部分,同时在跨文化交际中,非语言行为发挥着重要的作用.因此,只有很好的掌握其特点,了解文化因素对比,才能有效的避免跨文化交际失误.
