Luo Guanzhong praised Chuanzhong celebrity Zhang Songneng in his “Romance of the Three Kingdoms” for his “one line and ten lines” and “having never forgotten.” When Cao Xueqin wrote in Poem “Dream of Red Mansions” about the treasure and the way he bickered his mouth, he said: “You said that you would pass through the battles and see what you want to do. Can’t you just look at one eye and ten strokes!” They are obviously sure about “one eye and ten lines.” However, up until the 1980s, some of our comrades took a negative attitude toward “one item, ten items,” and put it on an equal footing with Qi Tong. The reading method proposed by Tao Yuanming in the Eastern Jin Dynasty in “Mr. Wu Liu” was “a good book without asking for a solution”, and it has almost become a “crazy blaming.” Some language classes guide students to study and also emphasize intensive reading.
