In 1981, the Northern China Industry Shenzhen Company was born in the special zone. All beginnings are hard. At the beginning of the company’s creation, it can be described as “two sleeves breeze.” The only basis is to build up less than 100 square meters of mobile homes. To build a company here, the first difficulty encountered is money and people, and then the market later. Everyone used to be used to the “supply system” of life, and suddenly set aside the “iron rice bowl” to find food for themselves. It was easier said than done. It seemed to be a boat that floated into the sea. I do not know where to go. The company’s policy makers have taken a general approach to reform and have come up with solutions. First, use chicken eggs to cultivate their own hematopoietic function: how to raise funds, and to the market, make a fuss over the word “borrowing”. The company’s existing state-owned assets are estimated at market prices, approximately 700 million. In the ten years, the higher authorities have allocated about 93 million in succession. So where did more than 600 million of the funds come from? Looking at the construction of the company’s northern building may explain this problem.
