一、企业经理职业化是 社会主义市场经济的需要 我国的国有企业原来处于计划经济的严密控制之下,在这种体制下,企业实际上只是一个车间,生产、经营、销售均由政府主管部门统一安排,企业既无权又无利。长此以往,使地方、企业、职工都丧失了积极性,窒息了企业的生机,国民经济处于停滞状态。因此,搞活国有企业成了我国经济体制改革的中心环节。经济体制改革的目的就是为了建立和完善社会主义市场经济体制。随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立,企业最终将成为市场的主体,而企业的经营管理者则理所当然地成了市场经济的主角。因此,尽快培养和造就一支庞大的、名符其实的企业家队伍便成了迫在眉睫的重要的任务。

Over time, local governments, enterprises, and employees have lost their enthusiasm, stifled the vitality of the company, and the national economy is in a state of stagnation. Therefore, invigorating state-owned enterprises has become a central link in China’s economic restructuring. The purpose of the economic system reform is to establish and improve the socialist market economic system. With the establishment of the socialist market economic system, enterprises will eventually become the main body of the market, and the business managers of enterprises will naturally become the protagonists of the market economy. Therefore, cultivating and creating a large and truly entrepreneurial team as soon as possible becomes an urgent and important task.
