介绍高速铁路无砟轨道板铺设施工过程中,用于在桥上吊取水泥砂浆等施工材料的随车吊的设计方案及其应用情况。SQ12A3Q型随车吊采用模块化设计,组装、变跨简单快捷,利于以后的升级改造。作业时,随车吊紧随在轨道板门式起重机之后,将位于桥下砂浆搅拌车中的水泥砂浆吊运至桥上用于灌注。随车吊的使用,大大地方便了施工,加快了施工进度,减轻了人工作业强度。该车已成功应用于京津城际高速铁路客运专线和沪宁客运专线的施工中。
This paper introduces the design and application of truck mounted crane for hoisting construction materials such as cement mortar on the bridge during the construction of ballastless track slab for high speed railway. SQ12A3Q truck crane modular design, assembly, variable cross-quick, conducive to the future upgrading. During operation, the truck crane lays behind the rail gantry cranes and lifts the cement mortar from the mortar mixer under the bridge to the bridge for priming. With the use of truck crane, greatly facilitate the construction, speeding up the construction progress, reducing the intensity of manual operations. The car has been successfully applied to Beijing-Tianjin high-speed railway passenger line and Shanghai-Nanjing passenger line construction.
