目的探讨利多卡因凝胶联合氧疗治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效及对血清T淋巴细胞亚群、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平的影响。方法选取医院收治的100例复发性口腔溃疡患者,将其随机分为两组,另选取30例健康体检者为健康组。试验组患者通过利多卡因凝胶联合氧疗治疗,对照组患者通过利多卡因凝胶治疗。结果治疗前试验组和对照组患者的血清T淋巴细胞亚群及IL-2水平均明显高于健康组(P<0.05),治疗后试验组患者的血清T淋巴细胞亚群及IL-2水平和临床总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血清T淋巴细胞亚群及IL-2水平与复发性口腔溃疡呈明显负相关。利多卡因凝胶与氧疗结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡,能够明显增强血清T淋巴细胞亚群及IL-2水平,使治疗效果获得明显的提高。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lidocaine gel combined with oxygen therapy in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer and its effect on the levels of serum T lymphocyte subsets and interleukin-2 (IL-2). Methods One hundred patients with recurrent oral ulcer were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Another 30 healthy people were selected as healthy group. Patients in the test group were treated with lidocaine gel plus oxygen therapy and patients in the control group were treated with lidocaine gel. Results Before treatment, the level of serum T lymphocyte subsets and IL-2 in test group and control group were significantly higher than those in healthy group (P <0.05). After treatment, serum T lymphocyte subsets and IL-2 level And clinical total effective rate were significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Serum T lymphocyte subsets and IL-2 levels are significantly negatively correlated with recurrent oral ulcer. Lidocaine gel combined with oxygen therapy for recurrent oral ulcer can significantly enhance serum T lymphocyte subsets and IL-2 levels, so that the treatment effect was significantly improved.
