教师对作文的批改付出了大量的劳动,但事实上许多时候教师做的是无效劳动。教师一手包办学生作文的批改,剥夺了学生修改作文的优先权,忽视了培养学生修改文章的能力,养成修改文章的习惯,使学生丧失了修改作文的主动性,养成了修改作文的惰性和依赖性。因此教师要把作文的批改权还一部分给学生,教育学生懂得作文修改的重要性,使学生明白作文修改的内容和要求、步骤和方法,培养学生修改文章的能力,养成修改文章的习惯。同时教师在指导学生自己修改作文时要采用灵活多样的方式方法。
