报道了以玻璃纤维、石墨和二硫化钼为填料的PTFE复合材料(FC--5)的配方设计及其摩擦磨损性能和物理机械性能的评价结果。并通过EPMA(电子控针)对试样及对偶摩擦表面的观察和分析探讨了其润滑机理。以2002轴承保持架的形式所做的500h台架试验结果表明,FC—5材料可以满足使用要求,是取代青铜作为液压油环境下使用的较理想的保持架材料。
The formulation design of PTFE composites (FC - 5) filled with glass fiber, graphite and molybdenum disulfide and the evaluation results of their tribological properties and mechanical properties were reported. The lubrication mechanism of the sample and the dual friction surface was also investigated by EPMA. The 500h bench test done in the form of 2002 bearing cage shows that the FC-5 material can meet the requirements of use and is an ideal cage material instead of bronze for use as a hydraulic oil environment.
