齐齐哈尔钢厂在推行全面质量管理中,逐步建立包括职能部门的、重点品种的、生产工序的质量保证体系。在主要生产工序分别用不同类型的管理图,在一些钢种上开始采用回归概率表进行质量动态控制。使炼钢工人从按规格控制化学成份,发展到为保证钢材性能控制化学成份,从控制单元素成份发展到按几个元素最佳组合值进行控制,为修改厂控工艺规范提供了依据。在对本厂产品质量情况调查的基础上,挖掘企业潜力,采用新工艺新技术,提高工程能力,组建了八条产品生产线,扩大了品种。
