目的探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法 50例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,按照就诊单双号分为研究组(单)和对照组(双),各25例。对照组给予临床常规西医治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用自拟中药补气活血通痹汤辅助治疗,两组患者均持续用药2周并记录临床疗效。结果研究组总有效率为96.00%,其中显效14例(56.00%)、有效10例(40.00%)、无效1例(4.00%);对照组总有效率为72.00%,其中显效12例(48.00%)、有效6例(24.00%)、无效7例(28.00%);研究组临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病周围神经病变经中西医结合治疗效果显著,有利于保障患者生活质量及身心健康,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods Fifty patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were divided into study group (single group) and control group (double group), with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given routine Western medical treatment. The study group was supplemented with the self-made traditional Chinese medicine Buqi Huoxue Tongbi Decoction on the basis of the control group. The two groups of patients were treated continuously for 2 weeks and the clinical efficacy was recorded. Results The total effective rate was 96.00% in the study group, of which 14 (56.00%) were markedly effective, 10 (40.00%) were effective and 1 (4.00%) were ineffective, while the total effective rate was 72.00% %), Effective in 6 cases (24.00%) and ineffective in 7 cases (28.00%). The clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is significantly effective in the treatment of Integrative Chinese and Western medicine, which is conducive to ensuring the quality of life and physical and mental health of patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
