零件的成型一阶梯表面的质量大多取决于形廓的精度。因为球面轴承座圈的很小的形廓偏差,往往会使摩擦力矩增加四倍,支承寿命减低19/20。如果要求同时保证形廓精度和成型—阶梯表面的直径差,问题则更复杂。高精度成型—阶梯表面的主要加工方法是形廓切入磨削。这种方法的特征为大量磨粒同时参与去除金属的成形运动,因此能保证高的生产率和零件的各个加工阶梯直径的同心度。
Forming Parts The quality of a stepped surface depends largely on the accuracy of the profile. Due to the small profile deviations of the spherical bearing raceways, the friction moment is often increased by a factor of four and the bearing life is reduced by 19/20. The problem is more complicated if required to ensure both the contour accuracy and the forming-step surface diameter difference. High-precision molding - The main processing method of the stepped surface is contour cut grinding. This method is characterized by a large number of abrasive particles simultaneously participating in the metal-removing forming movement, thereby ensuring high productivity and concentricity of the individual processing step diameters of the parts.
