渗硼工艺能节约大量的贵金属,同时又使部件获得较好的表面性能。本文为了弄清一些因素对渗硼层的影响,选取了45~#钢、102钢和GCr15轴承钢分别进行了不同条件下的渗硼试验。 1.试验方法对45~#钢和102钢采用的是液体渗硼工艺,硼盐配方为80~85%无水硼砂加15~20%碳化硅,渗硼温度为960℃±20℃。GCr15钢则采用钒硼共渗工艺,钒硼比为1:1和3:1
Boronizing process can save a lot of precious metals, while enabling the components to get better surface properties. In order to understand the influence of some factors on the boronizing layer, 45 # steel, 102 steel and GCr15 bearing steel were selected to carry out the boronizing test under different conditions. 1. Test Methods The 45 ~ # steel and 102 steel using a liquid boronizing process, boron salt formulation of 80 to 85% anhydrous borax plus 15 ~ 20% silicon carbide, boronizing temperature of 960 ℃ ± 20 ℃.
