犯罪是复杂的社会现象,罪因由多种因素构成,系统化的方法是罪因研究的有效路径。罪因的系统结构包含了根源性罪因、基础性罪因与直接性罪因等不同层次;罪因系统内包含了原因、条件等要素;罪因规律与规律要素具有主客观统一性。
Crime is a complex social phenomenon. Sin is composed of many factors. A systematic approach is an effective way to study crime.
