胰岛B细胞数量减少及分泌胰岛素能力下降是2型糖尿病发病的主要机制之一。新近的研究显示,自噬在保护胰岛B细胞以及维持胰岛B细胞结构、数量、分泌能力、内环境的稳定等方面有重要的作用。自噬已是近年来的研究热点,在肿瘤、神经、衰老等领域研究广泛,但在胰岛B细胞方面的研究起步较晚,相关报道也较少。本文就自噬的概念及自噬在维持胰岛B细胞正常功能方面的作用等作一综述。
One of the main mechanisms of type 2 diabetes is the decrease of islet B cell number and the decrease of insulin secretion. Recent studies have shown that autophagy plays an important role in the protection of pancreatic islet B cells and the maintenance of islet B cell structure, quantity, secretion capacity, stability of the internal environment and so on. Autophagy is a research hotspot in recent years, and has been widely studied in the fields of tumor, nerve, aging, etc. However, the research on islet B cells started relatively late, and the related reports are also few. This article reviews the concept of autophagy and the role of autophagy in maintaining the normal function of islet B cells.
