我们本次应用调查锁定在中小学的信息化建设这一话题上、主要是基于两方面的考虑。首先,中小学信息化建设资金少、技术薄、经验缺乏,相对于高校信息化建设而言,需要更多的指导、牵引和帮助。其次,这一领域充满了商机,据教育部信息管理中心透露,全国有69.8万所中小学,假设每个学校今后10年在信息化方面的投资平均按10万元左右算(这是一个非常保守的数字),那么,它将带来上千亿元人民币的市场机会。希望和困惑参半,这条路该如何走?通过此次应用调查,我们希望关注和从事学校信息化的读者和用户从记者的深入采访分析中得到一些有益的启示。此次应用调查将分上下两篇刊出。
Our application of this investigation locked in the topic of information technology in primary and secondary schools, mainly based on two considerations. First of all, the information technology of primary and secondary schools is lack of funds, lack of technology and lack of experience. Compared with the construction of informationization in colleges and universities, more guidance, traction and help are needed. Secondly, this area is full of business opportunities. According to the Information Management Center of the Ministry of Education, there are 698,000 primary and secondary schools across the country. Suppose each school invests about 100,000 yuan in information technology in the next 10 years on average (this is a very Conservative numbers), then it will bring hundreds of billions of yuan market opportunities. Hope and confusion, this road how to go? Through this application survey, we hope that readers and users concerned about and engaged in school informatization from the reporter’s in-depth interview analysis to get some helpful inspiration. The application survey will be divided into two chapters.
