翼钩过长引起咽异感症,临床上较为少见,现将我科收治的3例报告如下: 病例介绍例1:患者王××,男,21岁。两侧软腭区反复肿痛,咽部异物感伴有头昏、多汗、口干、喜冷饮约半年。每次发作抗炎治疗后,症状稍有缓解,但咽部异物感仍然存在.于1977年11月30日入院治疗。检查:见两侧翼钩部明显隆起,表面粘膜苍白、触之较硬,轻度触压痛,鼻咽部未见异常。诊断:双侧翼钩过长,于1977年12月8日在针麻下行双侧翼钩 Wings hook too long cause pharyngeal abnormalities, clinically rare, now we receive 3 cases reported as follows: Case Introduction Example 1: Wang Wang, male, 21 years old. Repeated swelling and pain on both sides of the soft palate area, pharyngeal foreign body sensation associated with dizziness, sweating, dry mouth, like cold drinks about six months. After each attack anti-inflammatory treatment, the symptoms slightly relieved, but the throat foreign body sensation still exists in November 30, 1977 admitted to hospital. Check: see the hook on both sides of the obvious bulge, the surface mucosal pale, touching the hard, mild tender tenderness, no abnormal nasopharyngeal.
