科学发展观是全面建设小康社会和推动社会主义现代化建设始终要坚持的重要指导思想,而构建社会主义和谐社会又是全面建设小康社会的重要内容,因此,二者具有内在的统一性。本文从正确理解科学发展观与社会主义和谐社会的基本内涵、科学发展观与构建社会主义和谐社会的内在统一性、以科学发展观为指导构建社会主义和谐社会三个方面就此问题作了探讨。
The scientific concept of development is an important guiding principle that we must always adhere to in building an overall well-to-do society and promoting the socialist modernization drive. Building a socialist harmonious society is an important part of building an overall well-to-do society. Therefore, the two are inherently unified. This article explores this issue from the three aspects of correctly understanding the basic connotation of scientific development viewpoints and the socialist harmonious society, the scientific concept of development and the inherent unity of building a socialist harmonious society, and the scientific outlook on development as the guideline.
