建筑物的耐久性历来是人们关注的问题 ,而影响混凝土耐久性的诸多因素中 ,碱 -集料反应就是其中之一。我国冬期混凝土施工用防冻剂碱含量高 ,掺量大 ,是引发AAR的隐患。本文选择有机、无机的低碱材料 ,利用“叠加效应”相互促进、共同激发 ,使得掺低碱防冻剂的混凝土 ,在自然气温不低于 - 15℃的条件下 ,获得性能好、抗冻害能力强、技术指标满足《混凝土防冻剂》JC475 - 96的要求的良好效果。
Durability of buildings has always been a concern, and among the many factors that affect the durability of concrete, alkali-aggregate reaction is one of them. China’s winter concrete antifreeze with high alkali content, dosage, is the cause of AAR hidden danger. In this paper, organic and inorganic low-alkali materials are selected and used to promote each other with the “superposition effect” so that the concrete with low alkali antifreeze agent can obtain good performance and frost resistance ability under the condition that the natural temperature is not lower than -15 ℃ Strong, technical indicators to meet the “concrete antifreeze” JC475 - 96 requirements of the good results.
