目的对安庆市某中学暴发的急性胃肠炎疫情进行病原鉴定,并进一步对部分基因序列测序分析,以确定其基因亚型。方法对采集的13份肛拭子,3份生活饮用水标本,采用实时荧光定量RT-PCR方法进行诺如病毒GI/GII型检测,对阳性标本的病毒VP1区部分核酸序列测序和基因库数据比对,并采用MAGA5.0软件构建进化树。结果在13份肛拭子样本7份诺如病毒阳性中,6份属于GI.3型,1份属于GII.17型;3份生活饮用水样本GI.3和GII.17型均有检出。结论该起疫情由诺如病毒感染引起,为GI.3和GII.17基因亚型。
Objective To identify the pathogen of acute gastroenteritis outbreak in a middle school in Anqing and to further analyze the sequence of some genes to determine their genetic subtypes. Methods Thirteen samples of anal swabs and three samples of drinking water were collected. Real-time fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR was used to detect norovirus GI / GII. The positive samples were sequenced and the genomic data Comparison, and the use of MAGA5.0 software to build the tree. Results Of 7 samples of rectal swabs, 7 were Norovirus-positive, 6 belonged to GI.3 type and 1 belonged to GII.17 type. Three samples of domestic drinking water were detected in both GI.3 and GII.17 . Conclusions The onset of the outbreak was caused by Norovirus infection and is a subtype of GI.3 and GII.17 genes.
