On October 30, 2012, at the upper and lower groups of Dashu Village, Labu Village, Labu Township, Ninglang County, Lijiang City, which is rolling along the banks of the Jinsha River, 48 households without electricity, mainly populace of Pumi and Naxi people, were electrified.
