在重视素质教育的今天,幼儿园教师决不能把孩子们的语言教学活动改成向传统意义上应试教育方向发展的枯燥型课堂教学模式,应尽可能地激发幼儿的好奇心和学习兴趣,通过有效的语言交流方式提高幼儿的实践运用能力,减轻幼儿的识记压力,培养幼儿的综合素质和创新发展能力。幼儿教师必须抓好这个时期,构建适宜幼儿语言能力发展的宽松和谐的环境,以创新探索精神积极引导幼儿学习语言,以饱满的热情营造促进幼儿综合素质发展的教育环境,培养幼儿的语言运用能力。
