本文报道了用硝基苯萃取法获得的牛血清白蛋白水溶液的喇曼光谱.定性地证明了该蛋白质多肽链可能由α-螺旋和无规则卷曲组成,酪氨酸残基在肽链中呈全“暴露”式,硫-硫键部位的几何构型为反式-扭式-扭式.
In this paper, Raman spectra of bovine serum albumin (BSA) aqueous solution obtained by nitrobenzene extraction were reported.
