为使大庆油田开发规划的编制更加合理、科学、实用，建立了具有独立子系统的大系统目标规划模型，并给出了求解这类问题的串式调优法最后通过对萨中油区的实际计算说明了用此方法能够编制出决策者满意而又合理的开发规划，并且可操作性强．
In order to make the preparation of Daqing oilfield development planning more reasonable, scientific and practical, a large-scale system objective programming model with independent subsystems was established and a series of tuning methods for solving such problems were given. Finally, The calculation shows that this method can be used to make the decision-makers satisfied and reasonable development plan, and operability.
