目的:制备银杏内酯B的人工抗原与多克隆抗体。方法:以碳化二胺法合成银杏内酯B的人工抗原后,分别以完全弗氏佐剂与不完全弗氏佐剂免疫♀BALB/C小鼠。其共免疫4次。结果:制备成功抗银杏内酯B多克隆抗体。结论:该多克隆抗体,效价达到25600,竞争抑制率达78%,是一个效价高,特异性高的理想抗体。
Objective: To prepare artificial antigen and polyclonal antibody of ginkgolide B. Methods: BALB/C mice were immunized with complete Freund’s adjuvant and incomplete Freund’s adjuvant after synthesizing the artificial antigen of ginkgolide B by carbodiamine method. It was co-immunized 4 times. Results: The anti-Ginkgolide B polyclonal antibody was successfully prepared. Conclusion: The polyclonal antibody has a potency of 25600 and competitive inhibition rate of 78%. It is an ideal antibody with high titer and high specificity.
