目的:通过实验室间比对有效评价和监控战线实验室的检测技术水平,确定和核查实验室的检测能力。方法:本次比对包括微生物“食源性致病菌检测”和理化“水中铜、铅的定量检测”两个项目。通过统计分析,判定参比实验室的检测能力。结果:18个实验室参加了比对,其中17个实验室微生物结果满意,15个实验室的Pb、Cu为满意结果;1家实验室Cu为有问题结果或可疑值;1家实验室Pb、Cu结果均为不满意结果或离群值。结论:本次比对所设指标均为常规指标,比对结果基本反映了实验室检测能力,但仍然存在诸如报告记录不规范,检测方法不恰当等问题,检测能力及质量管理需进一步加强。
OBJECTIVE: To effectively assess and monitor the testing technology of frontline laboratories through inter-laboratory matching to determine and verify the testing capabilities of laboratories. Methods: This comparison includes two items: microbial detection of foodborne pathogens and physical and chemical analysis of quantitative detection of copper and lead in water. Through statistical analysis, to determine the detection ability of reference laboratories. Results: 18 laboratories participated in the comparison, of which 17 were satisfied with the results of laboratory microorganisms, 15 laboratories Pb and Cu were satisfactory results; 1 laboratory Cu was problematic or suspicious values; 1 laboratory Pb , Cu results are not satisfied with the results or outliers. Conclusion: The indicators set in this comparison are all routine indicators. The results of the comparison basically reflect the laboratory testing ability. However, problems such as non-standard reporting records and inappropriate testing methods still exist and the testing capability and quality management need to be further strengthened.
