研究了微量V对DO3型Fe3Al基合金拉伸性能和组织结构的影响.结果表明,V可细化晶粒、改善Fe3Al合金室温强度和塑性,室温拉伸断口也由芽晶解理型转变为解理加沿晶混合型.V还使Fe3Al合金高温强度峰值对应的温度提高约200℃,从而提高Fe3Al合金使用温度.
The effect of trace V on the tensile properties and microstructure of DO3-type Fe3Al-based alloys was investigated. The results show that V can refine grains and improve the room temperature strength and ductility of Fe3Al alloy. The tensile fracture at room temperature also changes from spatterning to cleavage and intergranular mixing. V also increased the temperature corresponding to the peak of high temperature strength of Fe3Al alloy by about 200 ° C, thereby increasing the service temperature of Fe3Al alloy.
