语文教学风格是教学主体在长期的语文教学实践中所呈现的成熟、稳定的特点的综合。语文教学风格的形成要经历模仿、独立、创造、完美几个阶段。在教学风格的发展和形成过程中,它始终是遵循着一系列的 证法则并不断地进行着变革与创造。认识和了解教学风格形成的辩证法则可以提高语文教师的教学艺术质量,它也是创造教学风格必须具备的条件。 一、科学性与艺术性的统一 教学,是科学,也是艺术。教学科学和教学艺术既有区别又有联系。具体说来,其区别主要表现在:教学科学回答教学本质与规律的问题,具有认识、解释、预测的功能,属于“真”的方面,而教学艺术则回答教学为何这样或那样,主要的 能是操作,即如何教学才能达到完美的境界,属于“美”的方面;教学科学具有一般的、普遍的,带有共性的规律,而教学艺术则是具体的、特殊的,具有因人而异的个性特点;教学科学主要产生于人的理性活动,直接涉及认知因素,表现为一套相对稳定的规则、程序等,而教学艺术主要产生于人的情感活动,直接涉及人
