为了研究建立分析测定恩诺沙星的新方法,以铽-恩诺沙星配合物的荧光特性为基础,发现在pH值为6.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,铽与恩诺沙星的配合物在545 nm(λex=328nm)处产生了Tb3+的特征荧光峰,可用于恩诺沙星的分析测定,从而建立了简单、快速、灵敏测定恩诺沙星的荧光方法,并优选了反应的最佳条件。在最佳试验条件下,恩诺沙星浓度在1.0×10~(-8)~1.0×10~(-6)g/ml范围内与其545 nm的荧光强度呈良好的线性关系(r2=0.992 3),检出限为1.3×10~(-9)g/ml;对药片中恩诺沙星的测定回收率为97.7%,变异系数为1.4%;对于鱼肉组织中恩诺沙星测定回收率为79.0%~94.5%,变异系数为2.0%~7.8%。
