2011年5月5日-11日,李宁中国篮球后卫训练营在北京李宁园区举行。而单独为某个位置打造的训练营模式,在国外也并不鲜见,国内也有以个别球星为名义打造的相同训练营,但李宁后卫训练营,却是第一个与篮协合作,冠以“中国”字号的后卫训练营。43名男营员,15名女营员的规模,在各种体育品牌的训练营中,也算是规模很大的;而且,营员们基本都来自各个职业俱乐部的适龄梯队,各支队伍的规格之高,前所未有。这一周之内,在完备先进训练体系的指导下,在科学的测评体系的监控之下,在以强砺强精神的激励下,后卫训练营见证了什么叫做“让改变发生”。
