女性大量出现在商界,与男性一起分享现代市场竞争的甘苦,标志着社会的进步和现代文明的新走向。在工业企业平均亏损率为20%的中国,女性经营的企业98%处于盈利状态。这表明,“她们”比“他们”更会赚钱。社会性别角色的转变深刻影响女性的职业发展。但性别上的劣势、社会转型期的痛苦,都使她们付出更大的代价。国内很多大公司推崇女性担任“二把手”的重要角色,偶然中体现着女性领导者独特优势的必然。宏观思维的不足可以通过实践锻炼和知识更新加以改善。女性没有必要简单模仿男性。她们可以创造出符合自己性别特征和个性的管理模式。
The presence of a large number of women in the business community and sharing the bitterness of competition in modern markets with men have marked the progress of society and the new trend of modern civilization. In China, where the average loss rate of industrial enterprises is 20%, 98% of female-run enterprises are in profit. This shows that “they ” make more money than “they ”. Changes in gender roles have a profound impact on the career development of women. However, the disadvantage of gender and the pain of social transformation have all caused them to pay a higher price.
