在分析吐鲁番水土资源特点的基础上，运用系统动力学方法建立吐鲁番水土资源开发利用的仿真模型，并对该模型作了模拟调试及多方案的仿真实验，为提高吐鲁番水土资源开发利用的经济、社会、环境效益提供了依据．
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of water and soil resources in Turpan, this paper established a simulation model for the development and utilization of land and water resources in Turpan by using system dynamics method. The model was simulated and simulated by many programs. In order to improve the economy of land and water resources development and utilization of Turpan, Social and environmental benefits provided the basis.
