我要是当初买了房,现在就不用望楼兴叹,也没必要每半年给搬家公司一次钱了,折腾啊!要是那会儿踏实工作,认真学习,现在就不会这么被动了!如果那时就掌握些恋爱心理,现在就不会总是情感碰壁……这些都是人们在后悔时发出的感慨。后悔是现实状况与心理预期出现了落差的结果,也是人们自责自怨的一种表现形式。后悔是一种正常的心态,但如果一个人总是陷入后悔情绪中,将会对生活质量带来很大的影响,直接威胁着个人的心理健康。
