目的探讨全面护理干预措施对水痘患者治疗依从性方面的影响。方法采取随机实验法,以我院收治的88例水痘患者为研究对象进行分析讨论,将患者随机均分为实验组和对照组,对对照组患者实施常规护理干预措施,对实验组患者实施全面护理干预措施,观察两组患者的治疗依从性。结果经过护理干预后,实验组患者的依从性明显优于对照组,结果具有显著差异。结论在临床上对水痘患者实施全面护理干预措施,可以明显提高患者的治疗依从性,在临床上具有广泛的推广意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the compliance of patients with chickenpox. Methods A randomized trial was conducted in 88 cases of chickenpox patients treated in our hospital for analysis and discussion. The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The patients in control group were given routine nursing interventions and the patients in experimental group were fully implemented Nursing interventions were performed to observe treatment adherence in both groups. Results After nursing intervention, the compliance of patients in experimental group was significantly better than that of control group, with significant difference. Conclusion In the clinic, comprehensive nursing interventions for chickenpox patients can significantly improve the treatment compliance of patients, which has a wide range of clinical significance.
