目的探究普外科胃肠减压失效的原因及护理对策。方法对胃肠减压患者进行护理观察,分析胃肠减压失败的原因,并对其采取相应措施。结果 68例患者有13例患者胃肠减压失效,对这些患者采取相应的护理措施后,所有患者均治愈出院。结论胃肠减压成功的前提是患者在心理上接受并积极配合胃肠减压,胃肠减压成功的关键是护理人员的悉心护理和熟练操作。
Objective To investigate the causes and nursing countermeasures of failure of gastrointestinal decompression in general surgery. Methods Nursing observation of patients with gastrointestinal decompression, gastrointestinal decompression failure analysis, and to take corresponding measures. Results 68 cases of patients with gastrointestinal decompression in 13 patients failed to take appropriate care of these patients, all patients were cured. Conclusion The successful premise of gastrointestinal decompression is that the patients psychologically accept and actively cooperate with decompression. The key to the success of gastrointestinal decompression is meticulous nursing and skilled operation of nurses.
