1.在玻器内试验了22种药物,在动物体内试验了四种药物的抗结核杆菌作用。2.白果的抗结核杆菌有效成分(白果酸)仅存在于白果果浆中。白果酸在玻器内的抗菌作用不受加热的影响;但血清能使其最低有效浓度从1:400,000跃至1:1000。白果各部分及白果酸对小鼠的实验结核症并无肯定的疗效。油浸过的白果与未浸过的作用并无显著不同。3.大蒜在玻器内具有较弱的抗结核杆菌作用,遇血清则效力略减;冬季大蒜比春季大蒜的效力高。对小鼠的实验结核症并无疗效。4.黄连硷在玻器内的最低抑制结核杆菌浓度是1:4000左右,遇血清则效力略减。每日食入硫酸黄连硷约1.5—2.5克/公斤时,可以延缓小鼠实验结核症的发展。5.使他肺安定每日200毫克/公斤时,对小鼠实验结核症有肯定的疗效,但已表现相当大的毒性。香豆素在玻器内当浓度为1:2000时有部分抗结核杆菌作用。6.其他生药中,仅韭菜及青蒜在修改的都氏培养基中具有微弱的抗结核杆菌能力,但在尤氏培养基中无效。7.海宝在玻器内无效,橘霉素的最低制菌浓度是1:20,000。8.所试的化学合成品中,对氨水杨酸的同质异构物的抗结核杆菌作用仅为对氨水杨酸钠的1/100。砜类化合物的抗结核杆菌作用很微弱。合成品〔Ⅵ〕的最低制菌浓度是1:200,000。9.硫脲胺的部分制菌浓度范围和其对小鼠实验结核症有效剂量的范围都很广,可以追及异烟肼的水平,这可解释临床上其剂量很小,但仍能生效的原因。
1. Twenty-two kinds of medicines were tested in a glass jar and four kinds of medicines were tested for antimycobacterium tuberculosis in animals. 2. The anti-Mycobacterium tuberculosis active ingredient (Ginkgo acid) exists only in the ginkgo pulp. The antibacterial effect of ginkgonic acid in the glass is not affected by heating; however, serum can make its minimum effective concentration from 1:400,000 to 1:1000. There is no definite effect on the experimental tuberculosis in mice and parts of ginkgo and ginkgo acid. The oil-impregnated ginkgo was not significantly different from the unleached effect. 3. The garlic has a weak anti-tuberculous bacillus effect in the glass, and the efficacy is slightly reduced in case of serum; the garlic has higher potency than the spring garlic in winter. There is no effect on experimental tuberculosis in mice. 4. The minimum inhibitory concentration of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in the glass was about 1:4000, and the effect was slightly reduced in case of serum. The daily intake of about 1.5-2.5 g/kg of rhizocytosine sulfate can delay the development of experimental tuberculosis in mice. 5. To stabilize his lungs 200 mg/kg daily has a positive effect on experimental tuberculosis in mice, but it has shown considerable toxicity. Coumarin has a partial antituberculous bacillus effect when the concentration is 1:2000 in the glass. 6. Among other crude drugs, leeks and garlic only have weak antituberculous bacillus in Modified Dorsey’s medium, but they are not effective in Neue’s medium. 7. Hypertherm is ineffective in the glass, and the minimum bacteriocin concentration of citrinin is 1:20,000. 8. Among the tested chemical compounds, the anti-Mycobacterium tuberculosis effect on the isomer of salicylic acid is only 1/100 of sodium salicylate. Sulfone compounds have very weak anti-tuberculosis effects. The minimum bacteriostatic concentration of synthetic product [VI] is 1:200,000. 9. The thioureaamine partial bactericidal concentration range and its range of effective doses for experimental tuberculosis in mice are very wide, and can be traced to the level of isoniazid. This explains why the dose is small in clinical practice but still works.
